Rappahannock, VA
3,706 sq. ft. home that was framed and unfinished for 12+ years. Removed and replaced all damaged materials to include structural elements. Build consisted of adding 5th bedroom, two full baths (each bed has dedicated bath), and a 324 sq. ft. screened porch with second floor deck above.
