To qualify for a referral, your referred contact must sign a contract for a custom home or addition with Robertson Custom Homes

There is no limit to the number of referrals one person can make.

Both new and existing clients of Robertson Custom Homes who refer others are eligible for the referral reward. The referred contact must not have a current signed contract or building agreement.

Referrals from realtors, real estate agents, or related industry professionals are not eligible for this program

Every effort must be made by both parties to ensure the referral agreement is made prior to signing any contract. Referrals made within 30 days of signing a contract are not eligible for the program.

Referral payouts are contingent on the acceptance of a verifiable referral.

Referrals must be first-time clients to Robertson Custom Homes and must not have had any prior contact with our company.

Robertson Custom Homes reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.

This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount. It is non-transferrable, non-negotiable, and valid only for the referred individual.
